CCA was providing and purchasing the training Equipments (Toolkits) and materials for training. The training curriculums which are used by CCA have already been developed and used by the MoLSAMD partners (international and national NGO including CCA) in the past trainings. Much of the training will be practical and hands on instructions by trainers. However, CCA uses short manuals and hand outs for all trainings. Computer training will have detailed descriptive handbooks for trainees.

Trainees’ learning assessed during the training through weekly tests by trainers. Weekly tests will be given by each trainer to make sure that trainees have gotten the knowledge and skills. At the end of the training all trainees must take a final exam and met the standards which are set for each course. Exams include both practical and theatrical aspects of the training as well as presence record of each trainee.

Performance of trainers and the effectiveness of the training are assessed through monthly monitoring of CCA Training Unit and by monitoring team of the Department of MoLSAMD.
